13th Annual Boatyard Beach Bash

The Annapolis Maritime Museum, Boatyard Bar & Grill, and Annapolis Subaru are hosting the 14th Annual Boatyard Beach Bash on Saturday, September 15th, 2018, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at the Museum’s waterfront property in Eastport. Coral Reefers Peter Mayer, Brendan Mayer, Keith Sykes, and Doyle Grisham are set to perform alongside world-class musicians John Frinzi, Scott Kirby, Aaron Scherz, and John Patty. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy these world-class artists in an intimate setting at the beautiful waterfront campus of the Annapolis Maritime Museum. General admission tickets are $75 and include a grilled buffet dinner provided by founding sponsor, Boatyard Bar & Grill, two drink vouchers and—of course—a fantastic concert! A $125.00 V.I.P. (Very Important Parrothead) ticket also includes admittance to an exclusive reception prior to the concert: meet touring and recording members of the Jimmy Buffett band before they perform, while enjoying signature Painkiller cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from the area's best caterers. It's Parrot Head Paradise!

This Event is Brought to You By Annapolis Maritime Museum

The Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park is a waterfront museum at the mouth of Back Creek overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. The museum is housed in what was historically the last oyster-packing plant in Annapolis. The museum engages visitors in an interactive experience that highlights the oyster and its role in shaping both the history and maritime culture of Annapolis. Our displays include an 850-gallon aquarium, a traditional deadrise workboat, and the history of the McNasby seafood packing company. The Museum operates from a waterside campus on the shores of Back Creek, with unequaled views of the Chesapeake Bay. The historic McNasby building is the ideal setting for meaningful waterfront education experiences, maritime seminars, concerts, and other programs and events.

The Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park offers education programs for school-aged children and adults as well as exhibits and special event, an annual winter lecture series, art exhibits. The museum space is available for private rentals. For more information about volunteer opportunities and upcoming events, please visit www.amaritime.org.
