I Love the 90's Tour feat. Salt-N-Pepa/Young MC/Vanilla Ice

SALT N' PEPA

They are, undoubtedly, the group that changed the face of hip-hop as we know it. They also gave females across the globe a voice within their communities and the music industry as a whole. They are Salt-N-Pepa.

Legends, icons, trailblazers, pioneers, innovators and trendsetters are just a few words often used to describe this group. From Grammys to MTV Video Awards, they have won them all. Whether it's the top of the charts or on stages at sold out coliseums across the country, they have done it all. They are Grammy Award winning group, Salt-N-Pepa, which consists of Cheryl James and Sandy Denton ("Salt" and "Pepa", respectively), and Deidre "Dee Dee" Roper (DJ Spinderella).

YOUNG MC

Rapper Marvin Young grew up middle-class and earned a degree in economics from USC, where he met Michael Ross and Matt Dike, co-founders of the fledgling Delicious Vinyl rap label. He made his debut as Young MC on the single "I Let 'Em Know." In 1989, Young collaborated with Tone-Loc on "Wild Thing," the first Top Ten pop hit for a black rapper, and the follow-up smash "Funky Cold Medina." Young stepped out on his own later in the year with the Top Ten smash "Bust a Move," a good-natured examination of romantic successes and failures spiced by his sense of humor and quick-tongued rapping. The song won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance, and its strong pop appeal helped the attendant album, Stone Cold Rhymin', go platinum. The follow-up, "Principal's Office," was a humorous, everyday high-school tale resembling a Chuck Berry plot, and also climbed into the Top 40.

VANILLA ICE

In 1989, Vanilla Ice released his first album, Hooked, which featured "Ice Ice Baby." After a Georgia radio station started playing the song, interest in Vanilla Ice grew, and he landed a deal with SBK Records. "Ice Ice Baby" then appeared on his first record for SBK, 1990's To the Extreme, and both the single and the album reached the top of charts later that year.

Best known for his '90s music, Vanilla Ice, is also a successful real-estate entrepreneur and a remodeling expert with more than 15 years of hands-on home improvement experience. Catch him on The Vanilla Ice Project, where he and his crew of contractors renovate and remodel home
