Send us your meeting or tour specifications and we will distribute them to our members, saving you valuable time and money. Our members will respond directly to you with rates and availability. Click here for our RFP.

Site Inspections

Let us know when you are planning your next visit and we will assist in developing your itinerary and, when appropriate, provide you with an escort during your visit.

Familiarization Tours

Not familiar with Annapolis and Anne Arundel County? Let our staff 'familiarize' you with our many attractions, restaurants, accommodations and unique venues that will make your meeting or tour a hit!

Attendance Boosting

As local experts, we can help build excitement about your upcoming meeting, tour or event with enticing destination information. We will also provide our Visitors Guide in bulk at no cost for distribution among your attendees to assist with their travel planning. Ask about our printable color 'shells' which can be used for your "Save the Date" mailer or itinerary. Literature, color slides, images on CD-Rom and a video of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County area are also available upon request. Please note that charges may apply to certain materials.

Itineraries, Off-Site Activities & Spouse Programs

We can arrange for proposals to be sent to you. Just let us know what you are interested in—organized historic tours, maritime history and ecological tours, spouse programs, golf, sailing and water excursions, dinners, off-site venues, or team building activities.

Assistance is available in establishing local media contacts as well as distribution of conference-related press releases. Please inquire for further details.

Transportation

Our professional transportation members can assist you with shuttle services from BWI Airport to your hotel and shuttle services for special events or spouse tours.
