Getting Around Annapolis

Tune in to 1620 AM as you approach Annapolis for any special event parking information.

We suggest that you park your car in one our parking garages, as we’d hate to send you home with a parking ticket — a souvenir you certainly don’t want!

 Annapolis Circulator, "The Loop"

As part of a 6-month pilot program, the Annapolis Department of Transportation will provide a downtown shuttle service that moves individuals from the City’s three parking garages (Gott’s, Knighton and Park Place) around the downtown areas where people shop, eat and work.

Individuals can park at Park Place and Knighton garages for $5/day, Gott’s for $12/day, or Hillman for $16/day. After parking, the driver exits the garage with the parking stub, which is now their ticket to ride the Circulator all day, at no additional cost. If you don’t have a parking stub, but are in the Central Business District, you can jump on the Circulator for only 50-cents per ride. Children under 6 years of age (maximum of 3 per family) ride free.

The Circulator will loop through downtown from Park Place, Knighton and Gott’s garages along West Street, down Duke of Gloucester to City Dock.   Then it loops up Main Street, passing the state office building, the Arundel Center, back around Church Circle and meeting up on West Street back to the three City Garages.

The Annapolis Circulator operates 7-days a week on Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to midnight and on Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and makes stops at the following locations with wait times averaging 5 minutes.
