Jahru X (Jeff Huntington) and Street Art Films presents A Public Art Documentation. Experience this not to be missed photography and video exhibit at Annapolis City Hall Art Gallery from December 6 through January 28 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The opening reception is December 6 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.

The Ballet Theatre of Maryland invites you to the most famous Christmas Party of all time as you attend The Nutcracker. Get lost in the magic of Christmas, complete with mechanical dolls, life-size rats, and whirling Kingdoms of Snow and Sweets. Showing at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts December 8 through 15 at 7:00 pm.

Be transported through time to visit places of Scrooge’s past, present and future during the holiday classic – A Christmas Carol. Playing at the Colonial Players of Annapolis since 1981, this is an annual holiday tradition. Showings are Thursday through Saturday from December 6 through 15 at 8:00 pm.

Childhood Classics: One Hundred Years of Children’s Books Illustrationexhibit is at St. John’s College Mitchell Gallery now through December 16 from 12:00 – 5:00 pm. These illustrations bring your favorite children’s books to life with over 140 original works from more than 75 books. Explore the history of children’s books from the turn-of-the-century pen-and-ink Mother Goose, to the most popular works of today.

The exhibit, Symbiosis by Vicco Von Voss’ will be at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts November 8 through December 19 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The complex, complimentary interrelationship between two organisms is the founding concept of this exhibition. “Symbiosis” reflects Vicco von Voss’ need to explore beyond his artistic boundaries by inviting collaboration.

The Fearless Girls Photography Group Exhibitionwill be at Maryland Hall from October 17 through December 19. This exhibit celebrates the work of young girls who have learned confidence and individuality through photography.

Architect & Apprenticeis an exhibition focusing on the relationship of the Hammond-Harwood House architect, William Buckland and his apprentice and craftsman. On display until December 31 from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm every day, come learn the history of one of Colonial America’s premier 18th-century architects.
