Bill Givens

Bill Givens serves as the Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County Board of Directors treasurer and is the senior associate athletic director for operations and championships at the U.S. Naval Academy Athletic Association where he oversees all facility operations, from game day management and event coordination to construction projects and external event revenue generation at the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. He is a seasoned leader in athletic facility management, bringing over three decades of expertise in stadium and event operations. His commitment to excellence in facility management and event coordination is evident in his successful oversight of numerous NCAA and postseason events. Bill’s leadership, budget management expertise, and strategic vision continue to drive the success of the Naval Academy’s athletic operations.
