Bourbon Heritage Month
September is Bourbon Heritage Month! As a bourbon drinker, this is an exciting month for me! In recent years, I've enjoyed getting to know more about the drinks I enjoy - their history, how their made and the best ways to drink them. Annapolis has become a great town for a great cocktail. Restaurants and bars like Tsunami, Level and Metropolitan have crafted perfect cocktails for the bourbon drinker.
This month, Dry 85 will be introducing independent bourbon brand, Angels' Envy, to the public and William Paca House and Garden will be hosting Blazers, Bourbon and Cigars, which includes a private tasting of Maker's Mark.

William Paca House & Garden | Blazers, Bourbon and Cigars September 15 - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; VIP early admission, 5:00 p.m. Admission: General Admision $75 , VIP $175 Both longtime residents and newcomers will come together to enjoy a fun filled evening with blazers, bourbon and cigars. This event was established to provide a premier Gentlemen’s only evening in Annapolis with wonderful food, drinks, cigars and clothiers, from both local and afar. It is a gathering of the “who’s who” in Annapolis, including local residents, as well as those traveling from surrounding areas such as Washington, Baltimore, and the Eastern Shore.

As a native Annapolitan, there is nothing I enjoy more than going out on the water, drinking a cold beer and eating fresh seafood! These things never get old! It is a part of the traditions and culture of this small, but great town. CHEF'S TABLE DINNER SERIES
Chef's table events have truly become my favorite foodie events and they have become increasingly popular for a reason. If you're like me, you see chef's as culinary rock stars! Experiencing and savoring a meal only becomes better when the person who created it is giving you the in's and out's on how it was made. This month Chef Zack Mills of Wit & Wisdom in Baltimore will be teaming up with Chef Josh Brown of Fox's Den to create an amazing meal inspired by Vietnamese street food.
