Are you a fan of big-name concerts, stand-up comedy, or sporting events like boxing? Then you’ll be glad to know that there is a new venue in Anne Arundel County, designed just for that.
The newest attraction at Live! Casino and Hotel in Hanover, The HALL at Live! officially opened on February 14, 2020, but events were postponed due to the pandemic. So, the hotel and gaming destination decided to celebrate The HALL At Live! with a grand re-opening gala in December 2021.

The HALL at Live! Replaces the former Event Center. The two-year construction effort expanded seating from 1,500 to 4,000 seats, making it the largest theater in Maryland. That size means that concertgoers can customize their experiences, says Gus Le Grand, general manager.
“One of the best and most unique aspects of The HALL at Live! is its flexibility and ability to be completely customizable. Whether the space is being used for a conference, wedding, concert, comedy show, or boxing card, the space can be transformed to accommodate nearly any desired setup. At its max, the space can seat 4,180 people (or 4,814 standing), but we have also hosted intimate events with as few as 200 people.”
The space can be used for conferences as well as concerts and sporting events.

Attendees can enjoy pre- or -post-show dining at the casino’s fantastic restaurants, including Asian-fusion Luk Fu and classic steakhouse The Prime Rib. And with a new dining venue called The Sidebar adjacent to the main stage and 20+ bars scattered throughout The HALL, which means you always have options nearby.
Come showtime, state of the art technology means a $10 million audio-visual system paired with massive LED screens that allow everyone to have a view of the stage. Choose from seats on the main floor, in one of the 32-seat mezzanine boxes or go big with a VIP box that includes access to a private bar and a gourmet, light-bite menu.

Keep an eye out on their website for upcoming shows, says Le Grand. “We have several concert announcements coming soon for 2022 as well as Alice Cooper on 3/19,” and comedians Bill Burr, Jo Koy and Iliza Shlesinger are doing shows in April and May.
