When your staff is asked about what to do in Downtown Annapolis, it is important that they have great recommendations ready to share. Visit Annapolis and Anne Arundel County would like to support them by offering a fun and informative tour designed specifically for frontline employees. This experience will help your team explore the area more deeply, discover hidden gems, and become even better at pointing clients in the right direction. It is also a chance for them to find a new favorite place to recommend with confidence. What to Expect

The tour will begin and end at our Visitors Center, with exciting stops throughout Downtown Annapolis along the way. We invite your front desk staff, servers, concierge teams, information desk attendants, and all other frontline employees to sign up and take part in this valuable experience!

How Can Your Business Get Involved?

We will be handing out goodie bags to those attending the tour and invite you to include a free item or information about your business in these bags. This is a great way to connect directly with the people who help shape visitor experiences.
