In this role, she provides strategic leadership across the organization's Hotel, Events, and Entertainment divisions, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences through a steadfast commitment to service.

With more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, Cynthia is responsible for leading high-performing teams that deliver the outstanding guest service, associate engagement, and community partnerships synonymous with the Live! brand.
