As General Manager of The Hotel at Arundel Preserve, he provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, guest experience, and long-term growth. His career spans Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and independent hotels, where he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and connecting hospitality with the communities it serves. Passionate about tourism, leadership development, and community engagement, Roberto believes a strong visitor economy drives economic opportunity, strengthens local businesses, and enhances quality of life for both residents and visitors.
